Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of our products meets industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct quality inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality control
- Maintain IATF 16949 or ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 Programs, including outside and internal audits

- Manage and maintain quality systems documentation
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality

Skills:

- Proficient in analyzing data related to quality metrics
- Experience in quality inspection, assurance, audits, QA/QC processes
- Strong understanding of quality systems and controls
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to lead and drive quality management initiatives effectively
