Kentucky Steel Buildings is looking for a talented Lead Development Representative to help us continue to scale our organization. You will play a critical role in qualifying leads, profiling prospects and customers and providing input on which campaigns generate the best leads. Working in collaboration with Building Sales Specialists, your primary goal is to identify and qualify opportunities for the team you support. Responsibilities:

Follow up on Marketing-generated leads to qualify them for potential Sales opportunities

Create, manage and drive all inbound leads to Sales acceptance

Provide sales team with detailed call notes in the CRM to ensure opportunities are understood and next steps are clearly identified

Acquire, update and maintain contact information within the CRM

Utilize and leverage internal and external technology to identify, develop and manage marketing leads effectively

Qualifying and developing inbound and outbound leads and responding to inquiries

Utilize different methods of communicating with potential buyers and sellers (via phone, email and text)

Accurately tracking all communications in CRM system

Working collaboratively across Shift teams to achieve goals

Requirements:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
