Position: Applications Administrator – Ungerboeck

Department: Information Technology

Status: Exempt

Minimum Pay: $55,000

Purpose

To administer the Ungerboeck System and provide single point of contact for KPA. Provide Organizational and administrative support and improve Ungerboeck usage and internal processes.

Responsibilities:

Provide System Administration/Access Management for all users of the system such as adding, removing, or updating user account information and resetting passwords.
Responsible for user security and perform routine audits of the system/user activity.
The primary contact for KPA staff for Ungerboeck related questions/issues. Answering technical questions and assisting users in the efficient operation of the Ungerboeck software. Escalating to Ungerboeck support as needed.
Create/maintain Ungerboeck Dashboards and reports.
Responsible for documenting the configuration of the system and system set-up procedures.
Assist departments to create documentation specific to business processes and functions.
Oversee/Lead KPA USI power user team and related meetings.
Oversee testing and deployment of new features and upgrades.
Develop and maintain documentation and training materials.
Monitor and respond to USI related helpdesk tickets.
Work with Finance department to ensure KPA users have correct level of access for Purchase Order entry, and department(s) G/L visibility.
Responsible for the creation of needed reporting and department/user dashboards within Ungerboeck application
Work with Departments to optimize existing workflows and help develop and implement new ones as needed.
Oversee and keep up with different user license types and quantities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with supplier (USI): Be able to escalate issues/enhancements when required to Ungerboeck account manager and senior management.
Introduce and coordinate system upgrades with the consensus of the business.
Create a testing plan (UAT) for each new release of software.
Work with Ungerboeck on applying patches, and configuration changes.
Analyze system logs and identify potential issues.
Keep up to date on new features and functionality, and championing moving ones into live environment that provide value to KPA
Work with Departments to ensure and update USI price lists and resources as needed, minimally of annually.
Work with Departments to assist with training new employees with the Ungerboeck application.
Assist in the creation and removal of users in Ticketmaster application.
Work with Applications Administrator - Ticketing Systems to develop skills in order to develop into a backup resource for Tessitura.
