Job Description

Kentucky Kingdom is accepting applications for Turf Maintenance Technician effective immediately. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of professional lawn care experience, be detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Mowing, weed eating, edging, and leaf/debris blowing
• Helping with other projects as needed

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• At least one year of experience working for a professional landscape company preferred
• 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation
• Enthusiasm for landscaping!

Physical requirements

• Ability to occasionally lift lift up to 75 pounds .25 - 2.5 hours a day
• Ability to continuously stand, walk and use turf maintenance equipment 5.5 - 8 hours a day.
• Ability to occasionally stoop and bend .25 - 2.25 hours a day.
• Ability to continuously work in extreme weather conditions including heat, cold, humidity, precipitation and wind.

Required Licenses or Certifications

· Valid driver's license
