Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare, nursing home or assisted living environment.
Experience working with nursing staff is preferable.
Problem-solving skills a must to effectively resolve staffing conflicts.
Strong administrative skills required.
Computer skills a must, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to quickly learn various in-house computer applications to be used for scheduling.
Must be flexible with the capability of working evenings and weekends if necessary.
Must communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
