Shifts
: In general we offer 4, 8, and 12 hour shifts for our Caregiving positions. We have openings for full-time (30 hours weekly) and part-time (up to 29 hours weekly) positions.

  • Days: 6am-2:30 pm
  • Evenings: 2pm-10:30pm

Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Care Partner (Caregiver)to join our team! The Care Partner or Caregiver position is responsible for providing resident services, including assistance with personal care, medications, social and recreational activities and meal services.


Responsibilities:

  • The Caregiver - provides personal care services to tenants as assigned and as indicated on Tenant Service Plans.
  • The Caregiver assists tenants with medications and/or treatments as indicated in the medication book, as assigned and allowed by regulation.
  • The Caregiver assists in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and safe environment by providing housekeeping services as needed.
  • The Caregiver assists with individual tenant and group social/recreational activities as requested; encourages tenant participation in activities.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally, as well as read, write, and understand English, is required.
  • Preferred experience in providing assistance with activities of daily living, working with the elderly, working with the elderly, preferably in a residential setting.
  • CMA, CNA or Medication Manager Certification a plus but not required.
  • CPR Certification is preferred.
