Structural Steel Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage our structural steel fabrication projects from inception to completion. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating with clients, engineers, architects, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead multiple structural steel fabrication projects simultaneously, from initial planning to final delivery.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders and ensure adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to define project requirements, specifications, and milestones.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, drawings, RFIs, change orders, and progress reports.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Lead project meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and address any concerns or challenges that may arise.
• Manage project finances, including budget tracking, cost control, and invoicing, to ensure profitability and financial objectives are met.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
• Mentor and support junior project management staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the structural steel fabrication industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of structural steel fabrication processes, industry standards, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
