Tier I: Associate degree in field related to Early Care & Education. Starting wage $17.55/hourTier II: Bachelor degree in field related to Early Care & Education. Starting wage: $19.60/hourTier III: 081 certification from Maine Department of Education or Master degree coursework in Infant/Toddler education. Starting wage: $21.90/hourPreferred coursework/cross-training in human services/family systemsExperience in a group care setting for children ages 0-3Able to meet requirements of agency & State of Maine Child Care Licensing regulations for background checks, fingerprinting, and physical examsDemonstrate strong interpersonal, communication (written & verbal) and documentation skills, critical thinking skills, proficient computer skills, and group management skills.
