Salary: $75,900 - $90,000 / annually with great benefits. 80%

We are seeking an experienced Master Electrician to join our team as the Lead Electrician. In this role, you will take the lead on electrical projects, provide estimates and takeoffs, and bring your expertise in handling electrical panel swaps and upgrades.

Job Description:

As a Master Electrician / Lead Electrician you will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing electrical projects, estimating costs, and executing electrical panel swaps and upgrades. Your expertise and leadership will be essential to ensure the successful completion of projects and maintain our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Electrical Projects:

    • Take a leadership role in electrical projects, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and timelines.
    • Oversee and coordinate with the electrical team, subcontractors, and clients as necessary.
  2. Estimating and Takeoffs:

    • Prepare accurate project estimates, considering materials, labor, and equipment costs.
    • Create comprehensive material takeoffs based on project blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  3. Electrical Panel Swaps and Upgrades:

    • Demonstrate expertise in handling electrical panel swaps and upgrades for residential and commercial clients.
    • Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and regulations.
  4. Client Communication:

    • Interact with clients to understand project requirements, provide quotes, and address any inquiries.
    • Maintain clear and open communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  5. Safety and Quality Assurance:

    • Enforce strict safety measures and best practices to protect team members and ensure project quality.
    • Conduct regular quality inspections to verify compliance with project specifications.
  6. Documentation and Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate project documentation, including estimates, takeoffs, change orders, and progress reports.
    • Generate detailed reports to track project costs, progress, and deviations from estimates.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Master Electrician / Lead Electrician.
  • Proficiency in estimating, material takeoffs, and project management.
  • Proven track record of successful electrical panel swaps and upgrades.
  • Strong knowledge of local electrical codes and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills.
  • Effective communication skills for client interactions.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
