We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Hygiene Assistant. As a Hygiene Assistant, you will provide support to our team of professionals in a fast-paced dental environment. Responsibilities:

- Assist hygienist with patient care and treatment procedures

- Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean and stocked with necessary supplies

- Sterilization

- Provide assistance during hygiene procedures

- Follow infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment

- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of dental instrument terminology

- Proficiency in dental assisting techniques and infection control procedures

- Experience with Open Dental or similar dental practice management software

- Familiarity with dental procedures

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Basic understanding of anatomy and medical systems
