Job Summary

Responsible for the set up of injections molding machines using established procedures to ensure all presses are running efficiently, meeting all goals (i.e., scrap, efficiency). Responsible to mold product to established standards and guidelines.

Main Responsibilities

1. Complete tool changes on injection molding machines.

2. Troubleshoot issues and perform machine and tool PMs.

3. Set up press side assembly machines as needed.

4. Responsible for identifying and maintaining a clean (5s) and safe work area.

5. Responsible for providing accurate information on productivity, quality, and safety to their Supervisor.

6. Safe Hilo and Crane operation.

7. Provide training to other employees when necessary.

8. Maintain Mold change equipment.

9. Must be able to perform all Resin Handlers duties as needed.

10. All other duties as assigned.
