Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive orthodontic examinations and assessments
- Develop personalized treatment plans for patients
- Perform orthodontic procedures such as braces, retainers, and aligners
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and sterile work environment

Skills:
- Proficiency in medical documentation and coding
- Knowledge of aseptic technique to maintain infection control
- Strong patient assessment skills to diagnose orthodontic issues
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to orthodontics
- Experience working with pediatric patients
- Ability to operate orthodontic systems and equipment effectively
- Proficient in managing and organizing medical records using software such as Eaglesoft
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality

Qualifications:
- Doctorate degree in Dentistry from an accredited dental school
- Completion of an accredited Orthodontics residency program
- Valid state dental license in good standing
