Kendall Auto Group is one of the largest family owned and operated dealers in the Pacific Northwest and premier employer in Bozeman. We are looking for a Car Rental Coordinator/Cashier to join our team. At Kendall Ford of Bozeman, our Service Department is a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community.

Successful candidates must have excellent phone skills, a positive attitude and enjoy talking with people. Computer proficiency is required, as is a willingness to learn in a multi-tasked work environment. General automobile knowledge is preferred. Valid driver license with an acceptable driving record is required. Required schedule will be Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.

Rental coordinator job duties include determining customer vehicle needs by speaking directly with customers or working with the service advisor, maintaining a reservation schedule, verifying all customers information needed to obtain a rental, prepare vehicles for customer pick up, maintain customer information within our system and receipting payments for rental vehicles. 

Cashier duties include processing and reviewing orders, receipt money for parts and service, balancing a cash register, processing warranty claims and inputting information to various computer systems.
