Kenco is growing and we are looking for additional associates in our warehouse!

Daily Position Responsibilities

• Pick and Pack Orders
• Ship Orders
• Keep shipping area organized
• Label and Categorize Product
• QC Check Product Going Out

Occasional (Cross-train) Responsibilities

• Handle Materials when Necessary
• Shrink wrap or other packaging Needs as necessary

Everyone in our warehouse is cross trained to pick and pack, ship packages, handle materials, and operate packaging equipment.

Our packaging and shipping department is responsible for QC checks, packaging, and shipping. Our products are labeled, shrink wrapped, boxed, and inventoried or shipped. This job is often a “gateway” job for those without experience running a press - timeliness and dedication are well rewarded and there is a lot of upward mobility from here. We are NOT super corporate, we are a family business and everyone is noticed and appreciated

Please note we will NEVER ask you to come in on weekends or holidays, have any overtime unless you request it, or change your hours/shifts unless you are initiating it

Minimum Requirements

• Grasp of English and Basic math for purposes of tallying, measuring boxes and product
• Timeliness and Communication if time off is required - we will not be breathing down your neck but we need you to communicate to keep everything running smoothly!
• Ability to lif, push, slide packages that can weigh up to 45 Pounds

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
