As an HVAC Service Dispatcher - Customer Service Rep, you keep our business running smoothly by providing support for our customers and service technicians.

You manage a high volume of phone calls, voicemails, emails, texts, and chats. Skillfully prioritizing multiple requests, you create and manage work orders.

Organized and attentive, you handle dispatch and scheduling duties in our office, selecting the appropriate technician for each job and booking appointments in the most efficient way possible.

You're capable of meeting challenges and maintaining a positive demeanor as you dispatch urgent service requests.

Our crew of skilled technicians relies on you to provide accurate, detailed information about their job orders. Self-motivated and independent, you proactively assist management in resolving problems and seek to make every customer a happy one.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC SERVICE DISPATCHER - CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literacy and typing skills
• Proficiency using Microsoft Suite programs
• Knowledge about local geographical areas

We will train for this position! Experience as a dispatcher is preferred but not required. Experience in a customer service or administrative role would be a plus.
