Ken’s Collision is Hiring an Auto Body Estimator Near Freehold, NJ

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Auto Estimator to join our team. The Auto Estimator will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage and providing accurate repair estimates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and excellent customer service skills.

Duties:
- Inspect vehicles to assess damage and determine necessary repairs
- Prepare detailed repair estimates using industry-standard software
- Communicate with customers regarding the scope of repairs and estimated costs
- Collaborate with technicians and parts department to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Maintain accurate records of all estimates and repairs
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and inquiries

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in auto service management or automotive repair
- Proficient in using industry-standard software for estimating repairs
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engine repair, air brakes, shocks/struts, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
