Ken Ganley Companies is looking for a parts associate at our Norwalk and Sandusky locations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain inventory of automotive parts and supplies
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to identify and source the correct parts for automotive repairs
- Oversee warehouse management, including organizing and labeling parts
- Assist with shipping and receiving of parts and supplies
- Collaborate with demand planning team to forecast and order necessary parts
- Provide support to technicians and service advisors by locating and ordering specific parts for customer vehicles
- Maintain accurate records of parts inventory using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive service or parts management preferred
- Strong supplier management skills, with the ability to negotiate pricing and terms
- Solid mechanical knowledge to accurately identify and source automotive parts
- Familiarity with warehouse management practices, including inventory control and organization
- Understanding of shipping and receiving processes for parts and supplies
- Experience with demand planning to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained
- Knowledge of auto body repair is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with suppliers, technicians, and customers
