Qualification/Responsibilities:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment or possess a valid compact license.
• Must have, a minimum, one year of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related health care facility
• Must be Self-Directed and have Strong Clinical Skills
• Provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants
• Must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing

Shift & Wage:

• Full-Time Opportunity Available
• Shifts Needed: Monday-Friday (flexible hours and some weekends)
• Wage: $42.00-$46.00 per hour
• Sign-on Bonus: $5,000 (paid out in equal amounts at 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months of full-time employment)
