Job Description

Kemper Life Insurance Agency is looking for a self-motivated and energetic Insurance Agent to join our team. You will be responsible for providing insurance coverage to customers. As an agent, you will be expected to provide excellent customer service and follow all company policies and procedures. LAH and Personal Lines (or P&C) licensesed candidates preferred but If you do not have your LAH and Personal Lines licenses, we offer paid training.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Answer customer questions about product offerings
  • Schedule appointments for customers
  • Take payment options including but not limited to cash, check, credit cards, or online/phone payments

The ideal candidate will be reliable, have great attention to detail, be able to work independently with strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and have a great work ethic. The right candidate will also possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,823.00 - $69,898.00 per year
