Job description

As a Warehouse Quality Control Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our warehouse operations. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough inspections and audits of incoming and outgoing shipments, products, and materials. You will work closely with the shipping team and receiving team to identify and resolve any issues within the warehouse. while adhering to established procedures and industry standards. This is a full-time position based in our GA location.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections and quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments, products, and materials to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory to verify accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with warehouse personnel to develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
• Document and report any non-conformities or quality issues, and work with the appropriate teams to resolve them promptly.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with quality control standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent quality issues from recurring.
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs related to quality control.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and quality control activities.
• Responsible for hiring and training new loaders and or forklift operators.

Requirements

• Mandarin and English speaker preferred
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot and resolve quality issues effectively.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
