The LMS Administrator is responsible for focusing on the management and enhancement of our training programs. This position requires a deep understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and the ability to analyze and report on training data across all business lines.
Essential Functions:- Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of Learning Management Systems
- Ensure the smooth operation of training logistics, maintain compliance with all training standards, and leverage technology to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of our training initiatives
- Utilize technology to streamline training processes and improve learning outcomes
- Analyze training data to identify trends, assess effectiveness, and report on key metrics across all lines of business. Make data-driven recommendations for improvements
- Manage all aspects of training logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, equipment setup, and distribution of materials
- Ensure all training programs adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Maintain accurate records of training completions and certifications
- Evaluate training program effectiveness, incorporating feedback and best practices to enhance the quality of training
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge and Skills:- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated alignment with Deployed Services' values
- Proficiency in using training management software and tools
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of compliance regulations and certification requirements
- Proficiency in training software, scheduling tools, and database management
- Spanish bilingual preferred
- Ability to prioritize initiatives based on the evolving needs of the company
- Ability to function within a fast-paced, high-growth work environment
- Ability to work nights and weekends. We operate 24/7/365
Education and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, education, or related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
- 3 years of experience in training administration or a related role
- Certification in program management or related areas is a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to travel within the Continental United States (CONUS)
- Must pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check and a background check after accepting a conditional offer of employment
