The Curriculum Designer is responsible for developing and refining curriculum and educational content across a variety of subjects. This role emphasizes the creation of comprehensive learning experiences, integrating the latest educational methodologies and technologies to enhance learner engagement and achievement.
Essential Functions:

• Design and develop comprehensive curricula that align with organizational goals and learner needs
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance
• Implement instructional strategies and methodologies to facilitate learning
• Develop assessment tools to measure learning outcomes and program effectiveness
• Revise and update curriculum based on feedback and emerging educational trends
• Manage multiple curriculum development projects within timelines and budget

Knowledge and Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with an in-depth knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and educational technology
• Proficient in curriculum design principles and educational theories
• Strong ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio/video scripts
• Knowledge of curriculum theory, instructional design, and content development, aiming to deliver impactful and accessible learning outcomes
• Excellent project management and collaboration skills
• Advanced proficiency in educational technology and digital learning tools
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work flexible hours. We operate 24/7/365

Education and Experience:

• Associate degree in curriculum design, educational technology, or a related field. A bachelor's degree is a plus. Experience in curriculum design may be considered in lieu of degree
• 2 years' experience in curriculum development or instructional design preferred
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and e-learning authoring tools
• Spanish bilingual preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S
• Must be able to travel within the Continental United States (CONUS)
• Must pass a background check after accepting a conditional offer of employment
