Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Sub Assembly Technician to join our team in Bothell, WA . As a Sub Assembly Technician , you will be responsible for building packaging machine sub-assemblies, installing mechanical components, and ensuring the proper functioning of the machines. This is a temporary-to-hire position , and we are open to setting up an agreement if you have suitable candidates in your pipeline. Job Specifications:

- Pay Rate: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
- Shift: Day shift
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build packaging machine sub-assemblies
- Check parts for proper manufacturing
- Install mechanical components and sub-assemblies into machines according to diagrams and written specifications
- Mount auxiliary equipment to the machine
- Correctly position parts and drill, tap, and ream holes at designated points
- Align and connect parts together with fasteners using hand and power tools
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills and a team-player attitude
- Maintain regular and acceptable attendance
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of auto mechanic or industrial/mechanical experience
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints
- Basic understanding of mathematics principles
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift at least 40 pounds
- Strong multitasking skills
