Who we are seeking :
We’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Co-op Program Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. The Co-op Program Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews for co-op candidates, managing travel arrangements, overseeing Purchase Card transactions related to recruitment activities, and ensuring compliance with internal candidate eligibility and rehire checks.
The successful candidate will foster a culture of continuous improvement and cross-train within TA. The ability to deliver a high level of customer experience to both candidates and internal stakeholders is required.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Coop Program Coordinator, excellent communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and the ability to manage complex tasks with efficiency and accuracy while prioritizing exceptional customer service.
