Job Specifications :

• Job Type : Full-time
• Location : Garden City, Georgia
• Pay Rate : $19.00 / hr.
• Shift : 1st Shift, Monday through Friday, 7 : 00am to 4 : 30pm (Must be available for overtime on Saturday and Sunday when needed)

Roles and Responsibilities :

As a Quality Control Clerk, your typical day will involve :

• Accurately checking and counting all products for inbound and outbound freight.
• Reporting any shortages, damages, or mis-shipments.
• Verifying the contents of orders filled and assembled by Order Selectors.
• Comparing the quantity, quality, labeling, and address with customer orders to ensure outgoing shipments are complete and correct.
• Performing duties as instructed by management.
• Being available to work irregular or extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications & Skills :

To excel in this role, you should have :

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience with computer applications, specifically MS Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• The ability to work independently.
• A high school education or equivalent.
• The physical ability to stand and walk for continuous periods of time.
