Location: Appleton
Part time, 20 hours/week, various shifts
As a Teller, your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional service to our valued members by accurately conducting various transactions, such as processing deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing. You'll be the welcoming face of the branch, providing top-notch assistance to both external and internal members while adhering to the policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist members, vendors, and visitors entering the branch, serving as their initial point of contact
• Deliver outstanding service to members, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently
• Execute transactions on members' accounts with precision and accuracy
• Safeguard members from fraudulent activities by identifying and addressing suspicious transactions
• Manage cash drawer accurately, including opening and closing duties
• Supervise ATM operations, handling deposits and withdrawals effectively
• Promote and educate members on our range of products and services to enhance their financial well-being
• Uphold a positive community image through participation in volunteer activities
• Offer receptionist support as required
• Fulfill any additional duties as assigned

Qualifications: Education/Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent degree (GED, HSED) preferred
• Previous cash handling or teller experience desirable

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehending basic instructions and correspondence
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of effectively communicating with individuals and small groups
• Ability to listen attentively and problem-solve effectively
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications

• Completion of required compliance training and ongoing education within specified timeframes
