Position : Logistics Specialist

Location : Yolo, CA (near Woodland, CA)

Schedule : Monday - Friday 8 : 00AM - 5 : 00PM (some flexibility)

Pay Rate : $25.00 / HR

Hybrid schedule available after training

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate billing and scheduling with all vendors
• Assist with purchasing of office supplies and warehouse items as needed.
• Print tags for domestic / international orders not handled by processing facility
• Pick up mail for distribution and handling.
• Assist with collecting and entering new Vendor, Grower, and Customer information
• Manage field production data entry in necessary SMP, QMS and NetSuite programs
• Oversee Phytosanitary (PQ) and Certification Data (CCIA) process for growing season (training provided)
• Collaborate supply chain team to process grower payments
• Coordinate shipments - includes freight booking and customer / service provider communication
• Help with general A / P duties for Supply Chain team - collect bills, code to proper GL account, enter into NetSuite and upload invoice and supporting documents for finance to review and approve for payment
• Support AP Functions as needed for the Supply Chain team.

Qualifications :

• Strong administrative and logistics experience
• MS Office experience - strong Excel skills
• Must have strong data entry skills
• Previous A / P experience is preferred, but not required (willing to train)
