Kelly is hiring for a Production Planning Inventory Control role, which is more of a data entry type position. The team receives the shipment virtually and the worker will sit at a desk and focus on details for entering shipment documentation.

They are entering the shipment data into SAP and SGP prior to the trucks' arrival with the actual shipment.Duties : * Candidate will assist in managing plasma inventory, meeting pool optimization requirements, and modeling Internal / External manufacturing pools.

• Assists with planning and modeling available plasma into pools to supply manufacturing according to demand projections and direct the corresponding creation of PU s and PL s to support all manufacturing plants GTI, GBI, Biomat SA / IG as required.
• Assist with performing inventory analysis of aging and status of all types of plasma to generate plasma availability projections.
• Work with teams at the PLC and manufacturing site to review requirements and communicate schedule confirmations and modifications matching plasma types and specifications.
• Assist in managing the on-hand plasma inventory for on-hold, obsolete, expired and slow-moving plasma and act as research and resolution resource on inventory issues* Assists with research which substantiates disposition of plasma inventory in blocked inventory status to either be dispositioned for manufacturing use, downgrade to diagnostic grade or write-off.
• Assist Manager with internal and external financial and SOX audits, emergency plasma shipments and other projects as assigned.

Skills : Knowledge of inventory control system, Incident Tracking system, SAP, Microsoft Office, etc. Knowledge of plasma clerical operations.

May be Lead person on various projects as assigned. Must have been a Team Lead in previous position. Must have the ability to follow up on clues and leads in researching matters.

Must have the ability to evaluate situations in terms of potential risks and make recommendations to minimize, deter or eliminate the risks.

Exhibit clear thinking in evaluating atypical situations. Must possess strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Must have data entry experience in SAP.Education : Bachelors degree in business management or related fieldMinimum 2 years experienceLanguages : English Read Write Speak
