Kelly Services in partnership with Cummins has immediate openings to join our team at Cummins Filtration in Neillsville, WI.

Cummins is a very reputable company as the the world’s largest manufacturer to produce diesel engines and components. These positions offer extremely competitive pay and room for advancement.

Several Assembly Worker opportunities are available Monday - Friday for multiple shifts.

Positions start at $17.50 per hour with a $600 retention bonus and $50 weekly gas bonus, apply for more details!

2nd shift : $17.50 / hour

Mon - Fri, 2 : 15pm 10 : 15pm

Overtime required every other Saturday depending on business needs

3rd shift : $18.00 / hour

Sun Thurs, 10 : 15pm 6 : 15am

Overtime required every other Friday depending on business needs

What's a typical day as an Assembly Worker? You'll be :

  • Setting up and operating manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble parts used for air and fluid filtration systems
  • Optimizing cycle times, meeting defined standards, and achieving production goals in a team-oriented environment
  • Working with peers, skilled trades, and support staff to maintain and identify equipment needing repair
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement in the areas of quality, safety, process, material flow, and talent development
  • Standing for at least 90% of your shift and routinely lifting up to 35 pounds

This position might be an outstanding fit if you :

  • Are at least 18 years of age
  • Are able to read blueprints, job data sheets, and safety instructions
  • Have good hand / eye coordination, pay close attention to detail, work well as part of a team, and are self-motivated
  • Are capable of lifting up to 35 pounds, bending, standing, walking, and kneeling in a fast-paced, production environment
