What’s a typical day as a Unit Supervisor? You’ll be:
• Managing between 20-30 wage employees
• Monitoring safety, quality, delivery, performance, timesheets, scheduling etc.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have experience supervising in a manufacturing environment (HIGHLY preferred)
• Have 2 years of proven experience managing/supervising people (machine experience is not required)
• Have a degree or equivalent experience
