GREAT opportunity for a General Dentist Associate!

Ours is a completely out-of-network fee-for-service practice. We're looking for someone who is personable, has excellent chairside manner, and knows how to have fun while treating patients. We have all the latest technology you can enjoy, like Cerec in office milling, diode lasers, and all digital charting.

The option is there and completely up to you.

Ours is a fee-for-service office, no high volume / high write-off practice. We value patient interactions and experiences, so the successful candidate will be energetic with the ability and desire to provide excellent service and patient care. We are a true fee for service office, no capitation or state funded plans accepted.

• Daily base pay rate (NOT A DRAW!) or Collections %, whichever is GREATER. If you don't produce more than the daily base rate, you won't have to pay back your paychecks.
• 1/3 of collections, 1/3 of your lab bill. If you learn Cerec, your lab bill will be ZERO! It's up to you how you want to practice.
• Work with an experienced team and doctor. Someone there to help you out if you need it.
• One Saturday A MONTH. We take the following weekday off, so you'll ALWAYS HAVE A WEEKEND.
