Youll be : Serving as a liaison between the Customer and TBAGC sites. Compiling data relating to all areas of Service to show scores, measurables, and other related information.

Identifying and investigating long-term Service related issues and implementing countermeasures. Assisting TBAGC sites with locating Service related data and answering questions.

Researching Service related issues for various departments. Maintaining TBA Master Data List for all Service parts. Investigating Request for Information Change (RFIC) issues and assisting in resolution.

Gathering service requirements and historical data for negotiating service strategy. Supporting calculation and layout of service areas at TBAGC sites.

Leading and coordinating service parts transfers between suppliers. Teaching and training TBAGC on new processes and service requirements.

Developing and reporting service parts status to Upper Management. Analyzing service parts forecast Annual Planning Volume (APV).

or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Have entry to four (4) years of relevant manufacturing experience.

Have automotive parts production or production control experience preferred. Have a general working knowledge of TBAGC part information.

Have previous exposure to a multicultural office environment preferred. Have effective time management, organization, and planning skills.

Can compile effective and concise visual reports. Can communicate and work well with all levels of the organization. Can multitask, manage diversity, and facilitate problem-solving.

Can work through aggressive timelines and schedules. Have a flexible mindset to work in a multicultural environment. Have strong project management skills.

Have strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Have ERP System experience (Oracle preferred). Can utilize the PRMS system.
