Benefits and Pay

Competitive pay - $25.00-$30.00 per hour - based upon experience
Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 flexible schedule

Responsibilities

Handle all the accounting for a vehicle deal transactions
Review and account for all deal documents
Track contracts and receivables
Payoff liens and other liabilities
Clean accounting Schedules
Log and reconciles deal performance
Summarize and submit after-sell products
Cross train in office roles
Assist controller with end of month procedures
Process check requests

Qualifications

1 years of experience processing deals in a new car dealership
Experience using an automotive DMS, CDK preferred
Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve
Self-starter with a positive attitude who can work both independently and with a team
Automotive dealership accounting experience preferred
Professional demeanor and work ethic
Strong attention to detail
