RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in preparation of various US tax work papers.
- Assist in the preparation of various work papers related to deferred taxes
- Assist in the preparation of US tax provision work papers, such as tax provision, valuation allowance analysis, tax account reconciliation, etc.
- Assist in the preparation of various state jurisdictions' effective tax rate work papers.
- Prepare a SOX binder.
- Assist managers with ad hoc requests.
- Various administrative tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Team player
- Organized
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge MS Word and MS Excel (including basic formulas such as "sumif , "vlookup , "hlookup , along with advanced formulas such as index/match, conditional formatting, pivot tables, etc.
