Kellogg Company is Hiring a Remote Global Technology Leader - Operational Technology and Cybersecurity

As a Global Technology Leader – Operational Technology and Cybersecurity, you will take accountability for Technical Solutions and Technology Development to support our future Global Capital Projects, Cyber Security Program and Digital Transformation. In this role you will play a major role in defining our Cybersecurity program for Operational Technology assets and our digital strategy, including preparation for global scalability and standardization.

In the Operational Technology Area you will have extensive knowledge in PLC’s, SCADA, Historians, OPC Connectivity, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and specific knowledge around NIST Cybersecurity Framework & Defense in Depth Strategies.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING


  • Driving Digital Transformation
    – Enhance our Operational Technology Cybersecurity Program, supporting regions and manufacturing plants in creating detailed masterplans & defining the future steps in our OT cyber security Program to reduce OT cyber risks. Leads OT Global Strategy and how this supports wider digital transformation. Drives the future of Digital Transformation through the supply chain, developing and working with external partners to advance the digital developments. Provide our supply chain partners the data they need to make informed decisions to improve efficiency, reliability & repeatability.
  • Partnering with the Business – Build partnerships with our Supply Chain, Engineering, IT & KWS (Kellogg Work Systems) teams to identify the opportunities where digital can add value.
  • Enhance Technology Performance & Standardization – Identify opportunities in Automation and Digital to create a competitive advantage within the supply chain. Define and align Global Standards for Cybersecurity.


YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or IT with significant Controls / Automation & Digital Technology Project experience OR 10 years of Controls / Automation & Digital Technology Project experience
  • Experience working closely with Operations / Engineering / IT departments in a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative project environment.
