As a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor supporting our Kellogg’s Kansas City bakery, you will play a key role in the operation of the facility, delivering maintenance programs and processes essential to our plant operation. Based in one of our state-of the-art facilities, you will lead and develop a team of employees to sustain and maintain plant critical equipment. You will manage building contracted services which support our day to day operation conducting regulatory inspections, building and equipment repairs.

  Set the Pace - Establishing work plans that support and improve plant equipment reliability

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• High School Diploma or GED and related work experience
• Related work experience in an Industrial manufacturing environment
• Electrical and Mechanical competency, able to read and interpret electrical and mechanical prints
• Ability to effectively communicate and problem solve
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others and work with employees at all levels of the organization
