Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Nurse to join our team. The School Nurse will be responsible for providing medical care to students, promoting health and wellness, and ensuring a safe and healthy school environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide urgent care to students in need of immediate medical attention
- Conduct patient assessments and provide appropriate treatments
- Administer medications and IVs as needed
- Perform medical documentation accurately and maintain student health records
- Monitor vital signs and assess overall student health
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
- Educate students on health-related topics and promote healthy lifestyle choices

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Previous experience in urgent care, PICU, or infectious disease care is a plus
- Proficiency in patient assessment, IV insertion, and medical documentation
- Strong understanding of vital signs, geriatrics, medical terminology, and anatomy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
