Job Overview Salary Range : $40k - $47K (Based on Experience) In this position you are responsible for providing effective customer services for assigned customers by using in-depth knowledge of company service products and programs.

The work schedule is a regular workday schedule working remotely. As an Account Coordinator, the following duties and responsibilities will be a part of this opportunity, but are not limited to them : Complete call entry process including receiving information, input of case information, triage and case coordination.

Updating Customer information and Vendor to Customer Maintain the Open Call Management Process including ETA Compliance and the 4 Day SLA (Service Level Agreement) Compliance.

Handle all Low to Mid-level Escalations; communicate all High-Level to Director of Accounts Operations. Handle all customer requests for specific reports and updates.

Requirements for our Subcontractor Compliance Coordinator : 2 years customer service experience in a high-volume industry, service, trades, or dispatch industry a plus Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with internal and external contacts Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task What’s In It for You?
