This position involves assisting with putting out signs and flyer boxes and measuring homes. Hours vary in this position. We can work around your schedule when setting up open houses and showings. $55,000 - $100,000

• Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
• Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele
• Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs
• Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
• Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline

• Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service
• Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so the process is smooth and timely
• Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, and listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion
• Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions
• Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales
• Attend client and prospective client events sponsored by the team
• Participate in our established geographic farm activities

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• Over 1 year of experience generating real estate leads
• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
• Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license
• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred

• Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently
• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• Professional in attitude and appearance
