Keller Williams Tri-Lakes is seeking a Social Media Associate / Receptionist to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across all platforms. This includes but is not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.

The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service and admin background, an accommodating and supportive spirit, as well as strong attention to detail. They will have a professional image and have a friendly and welcoming demeanor.

Ongoing professionalism with staff, leadership, sales associates, clients and vendors is essential. They will be flexible enough to handle the growth and demands of our fast-paced, high-profile office while being persistent and organized with routine, repetitive tasks and comfortable maintaining existing systems and implementing new ones.

The ideal candidate will possess qualities such as a commitment to excellence, the ability to focus in a distracting environment, unwavering integrity, results-oriented mindset, and a self-disciplined focus.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage social media accounts for Keller Williams Tri-Lakes
• Manage and optimize content across all platforms
• Assist with the creation of marketing materials for our website and social media pages
• Assist with posting on specific platforms such as Facebook Live, Instagram Stories, YouTube Live, Twitter Periscope, etc.
• Work closely with the team to create content calendar for campaigns that will maximize reach across all platforms
• Work closely with the leadership team to create marketing materials for campaigns that will maximize reach across all platforms
• Collaborate with others within the company to coordinate projects as needed
• Answer the phone correctly and properly route phone call
• Greet everyone in a positive manner
• Assist management team
• Receive and sort mail and deliveries
• Maintain appearance of reception area
• Event Planning

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience managing social media accounts across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment (preferred)
• Strong research skills and attention to detail (preferred)
• Positive attitude
• Great verbal and communication skills
• Neat, clean, professional appearance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
