What to Expect:

• Our productivity coaching program is tailored to enhance agent productivity and confidence.

• We'll assist you in setting and achieving your goals.

• Regular meetings will keep you on track, encouraging the initiatives needed to secure contracts within your first 60 days and achieve Capper status later on (earning you 100% of your commission!).

• Additionally, we offer a series of Power Hours featuring activities such as script and role-play exercises, lead-generation strategies, technology training including CRM systems, and comprehensive instruction on contracts and forms.

Qualifications:

• California real estate licensed or willingness to obtain one.

• Readiness to immerse yourself in a comprehensive training program designed for success.

• Enthusiasm for working in a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere.
