Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Realtors to join our team. New Licensees are welcome and will join the Mentoring Program to ensure training and practical skills are refined and sharpened.

If you do not have your license yet, we offer a scholarship for your pre-licensing education that would require no out-of-pocket costs.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current real estate trends and property values
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the entire buying or selling process
- Coordinate property showings and open houses
- Prepare and present offers to clients and negotiate contracts on their behalf
- Collaborate with lenders, attorneys, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions
- Utilize real estate administrative tools and software to manage client information

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Realtor or in a related sales role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities, particularly Spanish, are highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven ability to negotiate and close sales successfully
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $83,734.00 - $150,000.00 per year
