Overview:
Several of our top real estate teams are seeking motivated and experienced Real Estate Agents to join their team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential.

Duties:
- Communicate with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences
- Market and advertise properties for sale
- Conduct property showings and open houses
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations
- Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process
- Coordinate with other professionals, such as lenders, inspectors, and appraisers, to facilitate smooth transactions
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and changes in real estate law

Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and other professionals
- Marketing skills to promote properties and attract potential buyers or renters
- Excellent negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance in all transactions
