Responsibilities:

• Participate in mentorship sessions led by industry experts with extensive experience and knowledge.
• Learn best practices for client engagement, negotiation strategies, and effective marketing techniques.

• Stay informed about market trends, legal developments, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate industry.
• Collaborate with colleagues and mentors to exchange ideas, share insights, and foster a supportive community.

Qualifications:

• Valid real estate license in Tennessee.
