The Productivity Coach is a top producer and a recognized leader with high integrity and a track record of business success. This individual is driven, yet compassionate. He/She exhibits a take-charge, results-oriented approach to situations and goals, yet also thrives by seeing others achieve. They will collaborate with the OP, TL, and MCA to achieve the Market Center’s goals.
The Productivity Coach works closely with the Team Leader and Market Center Administrator as part of the Market Center’s leadership team. The Productivity Coach’s primary responsibility is to increase the productivity of non-capping associates to obtain a Capper level. They collaborate with the leadership team by using the tools of the Growth Initiative to recruit new and non-capping associates—particularly those interested in engaging in the Market Center’s PC program—and will use the tools of the Career Growth Initiative to drive associates to increase production. The Productivity Coach is responsible for driving attendance and engagement in the Market Center, Ignite, and BOLD. The Productivity Coach will use existing tools to identify potential candidates for coaching and will consult with those associates to uncover their goals, coach them on the actions necessary to achieve those goals, and hold them accountable to taking the necessary actions. The Productivity Coach tracks his/her results and is ready to celebrate successes or implement actions necessary to achieve goals. Additionally, the Productivity Coach works closely with the Team Leader to create and implement productivity events and assists in developing the Market Center’s training calendar.
Productivity Coaches should be highly skilled in holding others accountable, and should have a rich knowledgebase of what to hold others accountable to. They view learning as the foundation of their action plan and have a KW MAPS Coach to hold them accountable to achieving their results.
They naturally exhibit the WI4C2TS belief system in their dealings with others. They are authentic leaders. They delight in knowing that they have attained success when the associates in their coaching program—and in their Market Center—succeed.
