Who are we looking for?

The Productivity Coach is a top producer and a recognized leader with high integrity and a track record of business success. This individual is driven, yet compassionate. He/She exhibits a take-charge, results-oriented approach to situations and goals, yet also thrives by seeing others achieve. They will collaborate with the OP, TL, and MCA to achieve the Market Center’s goals.

The Productivity Coach works closely with the Team Leader and Market Center Administrator as part of the Market Center’s leadership team. The Productivity Coach’s primary responsibility is to increase the productivity of non-capping associates to obtain a Capper level. They collaborate with the leadership team by using the tools of the Growth Initiative to recruit new and non-capping associates—particularly those interested in engaging in the Market Center’s PC program—and will use the tools of the Career Growth Initiative to drive associates to increase production. The Productivity Coach is responsible for driving attendance and engagement in the Market Center, Ignite, and BOLD. The Productivity Coach will use existing tools to identify potential candidates for coaching and will consult with those associates to uncover their goals, coach them on the actions necessary to achieve those goals, and hold them accountable to taking the necessary actions. The Productivity Coach tracks his/her results and is ready to celebrate successes or implement actions necessary to achieve goals. Additionally, the Productivity Coach works closely with the Team Leader to create and implement productivity events and assists in developing the Market Center’s training calendar.

Productivity Coaches should be highly skilled in holding others accountable, and should have a rich knowledgebase of what to hold others accountable to. They view learning as the foundation of their action plan and have a KW MAPS Coach to hold them accountable to achieving their results.

They naturally exhibit the WI4C2TS belief system in their dealings with others. They are authentic leaders. They delight in knowing that they have attained success when the associates in their coaching program—and in their Market Center—succeed.

What will you do?
These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:

  • Increase productivity of non-capping associates to Capper status through a Productivity Coaching program
  • Set and achieve the standard that at least 25 percent of associates in the coaching program obtain Capper status
  • Set and achieve the standard that 50 percent or more of all of the Market Center’s associates are productive every month
  • Drive attendance and engagement in Career Growth Initiative
  • Hit a goal of 1-5-20 for recruiting (1 appointment a day, 5 a week, 20 a month)
  • Maintain a 4 to 1 conversion ratio on gross recruits
  • Net 3 associates per month
  • Drive attendance and active participation in Ignite and BOLD (scheduled annually within the Market Center)

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Move new and non-capping agents to Capper status
  • Recruit new and non-capping agents using the language of real estate and set standards on productivity in the first 90 days
  • Utilize the “Top Down Report” to identify potential candidates for the Productivity Coaching program
  • Guide associates in Productivity Coaching by utilizing the tools of the Career Growth Initiative
  • Coach these associates on the activities that will lead them to their desired results
  • Collaborate with Market Center leadership to consistently communicate Market Center value
  • Meet weekly with associates in Productivity Coaching to review their key metrics and hold them accountable to completion of actions and guide associates to the appropriate solution in the Productivity Solution Funnel
  • Track associate results and share with the Team Leader
  • Work with the Team Leader and use the trend report to implement regular productivity opportunities and resources—schedule and drive attendance to Ignite, BOLD, etc.
  • Support the Team Leader in generating, implementing, and communicating the monthly training calendar
  • Promote Productivity Coaching at associate orientation, in team meetings, at real estate schools, on career nights, etc.
  • 80 percent participation required in CGI calls, Team Leader Growth Initiative calls, and KW MAPS Productivity Coaching calls
  • Regularly attend training programs, have a KW MAPS Coach, and utilize the MAPS Gamebook and the MAPS Playbook
  • Guide highly productive associates to KW MAPS Mastery on an as-needed basis

Communications/Interactions:

  • Associates – daily
  • Market Center Staff – daily

Management responsibilities:

  • Associates (30–70 people) – percentage of Market Center associate count

Knowledge/Skills

  • Superior goal setting, planning, accountability skills
  • Strong people skills
  • Problem-solving skills, proactive and positive attitude
  • Learning-based attitude
  • Mastery of the KW core agent curriculum: Ignite, BOLD, Career Growth Initiative and Growth Initiative, MREA, Lead Generation 36:12:3, Win with Sellers, Win with Buyers; scripts for all aspects of real estate; and KW models and systems
  • Record of sales success selling a minimum of 24 transactions in one year
  • Track record of success in past jobs/tasks

Pay: $35,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
