Keller Williams Realty is Hiring a Market Center Administrator Near Nashville, TN

The Market Center Administrator (MCA) is a critical member of the Market Center leadership team, as this role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization. In collaboration, the MCA uses systems and tools to collaboratively drive the Market Center to profitability through growth in market share. The MCA supports the Team Leader and agents and leads the Market Center staff in designing and implementing powerful support and operational systems that empower agent businesses. They ensure appropriate bookkeeping and accounting systems are accurately maintained, complete weekly soft closes, and assess Company Dollar daily.

They oversee the retention of agents, while supporting agents’ growth in production. They monitor their success by inspecting net agent count and profitability. Additionally, they support agents in building profitable businesses by demonstrating and consulting on shared business-building fundamentals.

The MCA is an individual who is a rapid problem solver, who easily and quickly learns from their environment, and appreciates an efficient work structure. They are able to think through a problem or solution in order to present it logically to others, and enjoy a variety of responsibilities in a changing environment. They are not typically demanding, strive to cultivate trust and goodwill through effective communication, and are concerned about doing what is right according to the standards.

The MCA must be self-sufficient and self-directed in their activities, while understanding their activities must be in complete alignment with the Market Center's goals and the rest of the Market Center leadership team.

MCAs have a track record of success in supportive leadership roles with a background in accounting. They have at least 3 years of experience in leading others.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a background of a minimum of 2 years in Accounting and have at least 2 years of work experience in a challenging and fast-paced environment. The candidate will also need to pass an accounting assessment. Accounting functions include double-entry bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, payroll (via 3rd party), month-end closing, and analyzing financial reports. The right person will be passionate about leading the organization to meet higher growth goals.

What you will do…

Your 20 percent—or your core activities that will drive your greatest results:

  • Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Collaborate with the Operating Partner (OP), Team Leader (TL) and Executive Operations Team to plan for Market Center profitability
  • Develop and implement strong systems, operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations (onboarding, retention, events, training)
  • Oversee the leadership staff in their duties and providing world class customer service experience to our staff and agents.
  • Work with the Team Leader (TL) to construct projections in appointments, gross, net and profit. Regularly communicate actual numbers. Support the team in identifying solutions if actual results are not in alignment with goals.
  • Lead Market Center in adoption of the new KW technology systems and tools

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Oversee the MCA department - ensuring that agent commissions are processed correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Implement accurate and full charge bookkeeping; (A/R and A/P).
  • Oversee purchasing (supplies and equipment).
  • Onboard agents in a timely manner
  • Manage staff payroll processing, monitor requests for PTO, sick days, etc
  • Complete monthly closes and transmit monthly data on time.
  • Oversee maintenance of office equipment, contracts, leases and technology
  • Complete yearly budgets and work on keeping expenses low
  • Assist with organizing and planning Market Center events, trainings, etc.
  • Meet with agents to go over their P&L
  • Collaborate with the team to produce monthly sales meetings, teach classes in the Market Center

Additional Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Tech Savvy - skilled with Microsoft Office, Google Suite. Knowledge of general printers, computer, and office technology preferred.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced and unpredictable environment

  • Travel 2-3x a year for conferences will be required
  • Travel quarterly to Atlanta for Regional meetings will be required

Required Education and Experience

  • 2 years industry, accounting, administrative and/or management experience.
  • Real Estate experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
