Responsibilities:
- Assist in leading a 70 Realtors towards achieving growth and profitability goals
- Transaction management
- Ensuring smooth and efficient processing for our clients
- Cultivate and maintain positive vendor relations
- Provide excellent client care and support throughout the buying/selling process
- Assist in organizing events and marketing initiatives to enhance team visibility
- Work closely with team members to increase overall profitability
- Embrace technology and leverage to streamline processes
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain meticulous attention to detail
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in relevant software and tools such as Google Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Open-minded and eager to learn and adapt in a dynamic industry
- Previous experience in real estate or related field is preferred but not required
