Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic brokerage. Whether interested in succeeding as a solo agent or perhaps building a real estate team, we would love to talk to you!! As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling properties. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer experience and help clients navigate the complex process of real estate transactions.

Responsibilities:

- Assist clients in buying and selling residential or commercial properties

- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices

- Create listings and market properties through various advertising platforms

- Show properties to potential buyers and provide detailed information about each property

- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale agreements on behalf of clients

- Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and other necessary steps in the transaction process

- Stay updated on local real estate market trends and changes in fair housing regulations

- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the entire buying or selling process

- Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about the status of their transactions

Requirements:

** ACTIVE COLORADO REAL ESTATE LICENSE **

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively negotiate and build relationships with clients

- Knowledge of real estate administrative processes and procedures

- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for better communication with diverse clientele

- Proficient in using technology tools for real estate marketing and research purposes

- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service to clients

- Sales-driven attitude with a passion for achieving targets and closing deals

- Familiarity with fair housing regulations and ethical practices in the real estate industry

Pay: $90,500.00 - $300,000.00 per year
