Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Realtor to join our team. As a Realtor, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Your expertise in the real estate market and exceptional customer service skills will be essential in helping clients navigate the complex process of real estate transactions.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Provide guidance and advice to clients on real estate transactions
- Market properties through various channels such as online listings, advertisements, and open houses
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Coordinate property showings and tours for potential buyers or tenants
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and changes in real estate regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other professionals such as mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and appraisers to ensure smooth transactions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Realtor or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and ethical practices in real estate
- Administrative skills for managing paperwork and documentation
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships with clients
- Experience in property management or real estate administrative roles is desirable
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued
