Job Summary
The Healthcare Insurance Outside Sales Rep (Account Management) is responsible for the growth, development and maintenance of the Companys clients (groups and brokers), as well as the retention and growth of their assigned territory. Prepares, presents and follows up on RFPs with prospective groups. Ongoing responsibilities include, but are not limited to conducting implementation meetings, plan guides, open enrollment meetings, health fairs and Q & A and other informational meetings.

Additional Requirements
Knowledge of sales and service operations in a dental plan member/provider environment.
Knowledge of sales and service principles, HIPAA/PHI and other applicable regulations and
requirements in a healthcare setting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving techniques.
Appropriate personal transportation is required (mileage is reimbursed).
Travel throughout the West coast averaging 2-3 out of town overnights / month.
